What's the difference between a cold pressed juice versus a juice that is made to order in our store? The Norwalk juicer is used to make our cold pressed juices and this juicer does not use high rpm's to like our made to order juicer does. We grind the fruits/veggies first then place the grounded pulp into cloths which then gets put in a hydraulic press which slowly gets squeezed with 4000 pounds of pressure. You can take several to go with you if you can't make it to Juice Bar everyday. Quite a few people bring a cooler and stock up for road trips. The juices that are made to order have to be drank within a couple of hours due to the high rpm's of our machine. If not drank within a few hours, most of the nutrients will dissipate. Some people get a juice made and then grab a cold pressed to go for later.
The Hale to Kale, Mr. Greengenes, Namaste', and Beetle Juice are available in the cold press. The Spice of Life which has apple, carrot, spinach, orange & turmeric and unpasteurized almond mylk are also available.
